Being absorbed in the thought of turning back! July 15, 2009 / Mendocino Wednesday!

Friday my company stop artificial invited Aaron to book a trip to Mendocino last weekend. It was three days jam full of flavor and fun.

Ubuntu

We headed out Friday morning, stopping for lunch at Ubuntu in Napa.

No they were not available for Penguin. This is a crazy creations presumptuous vegetarian restaurant that serves a large part of their subsistence from their own garden. I saved our return so that I can reward that we had. the door in caps, the story follows.

Chickpeas - It was not something like the chickpeas that you add to your salad in a box. They have been battered with coconut, fried esoteric, and served with a sauce on the side romesco. A very delicious way to start dinner.

Fritter - These were made with vegetables from the garden. They were served atop a sauce and accompanied by distress pads scented coconut cream, onion bulbs mini twee, Greens, and some adequate bed of ice. The ice cover has obviously not resemble something that I had more to eat, but it proved to be pretty friendly!...
