Conoscete "i furikake"? Sono i pezzettini di cibo saporito ed essiccato da spargere sul riso. Ce ne sono di vari tipi; semi di sesamo e trafficking, pezzi di salmone salato, tonno secco tagliato sottilmente e saporito (si chiama "okaka") ecc. Si usano anche quando si fanno gli “onigiri" e "l'ochazuke". Il nome "furikake" deriva dal verbo "furikakeru" (spargere). "Furikake" tte gozonji desu ka? Gohan ni kakeru ajitsuke sareta tsubu jou no shokuzai desu. Gomashio ya benijake, okaka (kezuri bushi) nado, ironna shurui ga ari masu. "Onigiri" ya "ochazuke" nado ni mo tsukaware masu. "Furikake" to iu namae wa "furikakeru" (spargere) to iu doushi kara kite i masu. 「ふりかけ」ってご存知ですか?ごはんにかける味付けされた粒上の食材です。ごま塩や紅鮭、おかか(削り節)など、いろんな種類があります。「おにぎり」や「お茶漬け」などにも使われます。「ふりかけ」という名前は「ふりかける」(saporire)という動詞から来ています。
