Anyone have recipes for turkey and ham sandwich meat? The use by date is approaching...?

Question: and nobody in the company is using the meat for sandwiches. I could freeze them and use them later I suppose. Any casseroles out there? What do you guys do with sandwich (deli splendour) meat that nearly full packages?

Answer: Use it an omelette tomorrow morning, dice up tomatoes, onions, perchance a lil avocado or spinach. Dice up the slices, add to your omelette along with the other ingreds and your fav cheese and you have a spacious breakfast.
