How can I make mint jelly from FRESH mint leaves?

Question: I have a overwhelm of mint in my garden. I've already dried enough leaves for about 2 years worth of mint tea and other cooking needs. Can I announce mint jelly out of the fresh leaves? Or is it too hard?
