Slimming World? Asda, tomato & mascarpone pasta sauce - organic?

Question: I have heard that this sauce is unburden???

I don't know if there's much difference between this one, and the non-organic one, as I have looked this up in my food directory and it is unequivocally high in syns.

Can anyone confirm whether the organic


Answer: Pathetic to be the bearer of bad news. The Asda Organic Tomato and mascarpone sauce 440g jar is 31 1/2 syns on either day. I've fitting looked it up on-line. It was never going to be free with mascarpone in it. That is for the whole jar, but even if it served four people

Amatriciana Pasta Sauce « I Can Has Cook?

The latest problem is an Italian Determined, which is very tempting indeed.  It’s got loads of amazing looking recipes for risottos, seafood dishes, puddings and countless ideas for Pasta Sauces.

The below programme for Amatriciana Sauce caught my eye and I whipped it up for a dexterous and enjoyable mid-week tea overdo.  It was bleedin’ fantabulous, as they say in the only slightly known Italian sector of Rialto.

Earnestness some olive oil in a goodly saucepan over a mid-sized kindle.  Add the diced onion and fry for 3 minutes.  Then add the garlic and pancetta, fry for a further 5 minutes.

Next, add your stainless wine.  Cook until all the wine has evaporated – about 5 minutes (this part took me longer as I tempered to too much wine!).

Once the wine has evaporated, add your tomatoes and chilli.  Ripen generously with sea salt.  Get control of over a low torridness for about 30 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
