Sweet was the vanquish part.  I had an batch of coddle cupcakes and a microscopic dip of salted caramel ice cream, all made onsite.  Ice cream was estimable, and I liked all the frostings, except for the cream cheese frosting (too cheesy).  The vanilla harden was wonderful dry, the chocolate coagulate was passable, and the carrot coagulate was too slow.  Far-out.  This is a hugely conventional restaurant, critically acclaimed...what happened?
