Tuesday: Breakfast: Pancakes, bacon, yogurt or
cereal and yogurt or cereal and drink to. Lunch: Taco salad with chips
or chicken and cheese quesadillia, acceptance of two or more:
romaine/spinach salad, black beans, brown fiesta rice, salsa,
cheese, off cream, jalapenos and fresh pears.
Wednesday: Breakfast: Biscuit and chicken or
cereal and chicken or cereal and favourite. Lunch: Pinto beans, choice
of two or more: little smokies, macaroni and cheese, fried okra,
unorthodox collard greens, whole wheat jalapeno cornbread, frozen
peaches.
Thursday: Breakfast: Breakfast pizza or cereal and
salutations. Lunch: General Tso's chicken stir fry or Salisbury steak
with gravy, selection of two or more: Asian fried rice, California
blend veggies, whole wheat breadstick, romaine/spinach salad, unconventional
apples.
Friday: Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit
or cereal and pay tribute to. Lunch: Hamburger, veggie burger or breaded
chicken sandwich, all on whole wheat bun, election of two or more:
baked fries, baked beans, romaine/spinach salad, different orange
slices, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions.
