Pepperoni may be the peoples alternative when it comes to pizza, but two new restaurants enthusiastically are pushing the envelope.
Opened in August and September 2011, individually, Extreme and Cosmic pizzerias borrow irreverently from other cuisines, eschewing the standard crust, red sauce and cheese model.
Both are locally owned and situated along the Broadway hall which already has more than a half-dozen pizza restaurants.
Both offer sandwiches and salads, beer and wine. Both tattle on pizza by the slice during lunch hours. And gluten-free crust is close by.
EXTREME CHOICES
Located in the Ram complex at Broadway Avenue and Preserve Street, Extreme Pizza is an independently operated franchise of a 14-express chain. Its slick, clean and professional-looking, with open ductwork freshly painted red and a windowed fishbowl of a dining stay filled with flat screens. The uniformed counter staff convince a well-versed understanding of the huge menu, which also includes calzones and wings. My the missis and I still had to take a paper copy to the table to plan our attack.

Last Friday, after a big week zealous, Chris and I am Glad that asseverative El Chile with friends would be made out to win. 1 tbsp. brown sugar
4 untried jalapeno peppers, seeds and membranes removed
8 strips of bacon, halved crosswise
16 toothpicks
In a weighty mixing wheel, unite the oil, garlic, pineapple extract, soy sauce, ginger, and brown sugar. Mix with a sweep until well blended. Add the red speckle flakes.
