We allowed some speckled butter beans to dry in the pod in our garden. Are they still OK? see more........?
Question: Can we soak and stand stock-still them now? Should they be soaked ans canned in a pressure canner? Or should we put them in the food dehydrator over night-time to be sure they are dry and then store in zip-lock bags?

Answer: I conceive of your best bet is to dry them out completely in the food dehydrator and then store in ziplock bags. I differentiate that you can do that successfully, I don't know about soaking them and then freezing... I don't recognize that a dehydrator is necessary, either,
