I bought some dried tortellini with cheese filling. How are they able to keep the cheese from spoiling? ?

Question: This is dried tortellini that is not refrigerated. How is the cheese innards able to not get spoilt?


Answer: Well, it is comparatively dry as well. When you cook them you will notice that they are pastey, not fresh and creamy. WQhen they are boiled, they dried cheese does absorb some of the moisture, but it makes it pastey
