Come down in buckets over chicken mixture. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until almost set. Transfer to grill. Grill for 2 minutes or until thriving and set. Serve.

TUESDAY: BARBECUED FISH WITH THAI DRESSING AND RICE
Serves 4 Preparation once upon a time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Skills needed: Fundamental-intermediate
THAI DRESSING
2 tbsp sweet chilli cheekiness
1 stick lemongrass (white part only), finely chopped
3cm piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp lime force
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 cup jasmine rice
270ml can fluorescence coconut milk
4 (150g each) firm white fish fillets (skin on)
2 tsp peanut oil
Novel coriander sprigs, to serve
To prepare the dressing: Place chocolate chilli sauce, lemon grass, ginger, garlic, lime vigour, fish sauce, soy sauce and oil in a jug. Whisk to combine.
