What class of cookies use pudding mix? My theory is that you don’t use it. The instant tackle takes only minutes to set. Your cookies only take minutes to cook. It seems reasonable to me that the scheduled junk takes longer to set than your cooking outdated, then there may not enough conditions for whatever chemical/thermal answer is needed of the longer curing ingredient.
