Is Ricotta cheese gourmet, or healthy, as it is only why, or dregs, from real cheese?

Answer: Ricotta cheese is not the whey. It is additional curd extracted from the whey (it's description of like second-chance cheese).
It's healthy... it's typically deign in fat and still rich in protein. It can be gourmet or cheap, just like any other subsistence.
