This comprehensive program, my stick Karen Rysavy (sincerely Low Carb), is a favorite in our home. Although certainly not something you often after eating, due to some ingredients that are more suited to the support, it is certainly the plan I use for special occasions. As a service of the incident, I attribute this to myself during birthdays I will not be tempted by the cube. Karen was tolerant enough to let me give it to you today.
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup SF syrup (flavor desired, I use Davinci)
1 tsp tea.vanilla or other gathering / aroma
and / or 5 TB. sprinkle with cocoa (spontaneous)
and / or 1 / 4 cup nut butter (forcing)
1 cup oatmeal
1 / 2 cup vital wheat gluten
1 cup protein powder (any flavor)
2 v. tea. baking soda (1-2/3 tsp. @ high altitude)
1 / 2 c.. pepper '
