Hello :D I have not updated in a protracted metre. I'm vile. Disciples's a lulu. Here's a inventory of all the vegan crap for World's Path insensitive and hot cereal. If you haven't announce, they only file whether or not their provisions are vegetarian or not but not vegan. I'm a Stamp's Path loving vegan and I loathe idling in front of the cereal isle looking at all the ingredients on the cereal box. I've noticed that the only constituent on the cereal that makes it not vegan is the honey. For Kashi it's both honey and dairy. They don't have any draw off, whey or added vitamin D3.
