Are canned organic beans as healthy as dry?
Question: I'm a vegetarian so my subsistence consist mainly of beans and tofu. I eat a lot of canned beans and I'm afraid that its not so nourishing?! I do make sure I get the organic canned beans and I rinse them too, but is this "lifestyle" of eating canned beans diurnal unhealthy?
Answer: Canned organic beans may have a higher brackish content than if you make them yourself. Additionally, they tend to be more expensive.
Dry beans do take from A to Z awhile to make, however if you plan to be lounging around at home one day, it's not a big dole out.
