Pasta - is whole wheat or gluten free pasta better for you?

Question: I am exactly wondering what has better nutritional value.


Answer: If you are not affliction from celiac disease and you are not gluten-intolerant, then whole wheat pasta is better for you.

Obviously, if you are agony from celiac disease or you are gluten-intolerant, then you should go for the gluten free pasta.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kristin Mallory could hardly keep up with her two young children after she and her husband moved from Maryland to Charlotte, N.C., in 1996. The "affectionate stomach" she'd had since childhood flared into full-blown gastrointestinal issues.
