Turned down the oven (mine’s a bit hot) and it still cooked in about 30 min’s. Finished it off with a low-fat cream cheese and lemon coating. It was na Glorious! The moistest, tastiest, most flavoursome dry EVER. Very reminiscent of pleasant butterscotch-y dank dated pudding. THANKS!!
