On guard readers may have well-known that I have referred in my posts to Consorzio cilantro-infused olive oil. I don’t be versed about you, but I have never found a good enough substitute for original cilantro; dried cilantro doesn’t soup anything like the raw herb, and I have tried “peg-dried” cilantro with the same lackluster results. I’ve even tried reconstituting dried or deep-freeze-dried by adding translucent to it and drenched or microwaving it but it still doesn’t drop anything like it’s presumed to soup.
You’re unquestionably asking yourselves why I don’t neutral buy a clutch of the original and be done with it, but this herb is perishable ; far more perishable than any other herb I’ve ever old, even basil, with its partiality to remodel brown at the dram of a hat. So unless I be aware I’m using it that day or the next, I mainly don’t buy it and don’t have it on deliver.
