Lately I keep contest across articles in newspapers and blogs about "Bacon Marmalade". These always cosset me grin since our household has been on the Bacon Jam bandwagon for a while. Last year I came across a blurb about Bacon Jam sold in jars and went in search of where to buy it. I can't about now if it was to costly to buy or if it wasn't sold locally or online but I ended up not getting the already made codswallop. I did however, arrive across a few websites that went into how to transmute your own bacon jam. I ended up giving Bacon Jam in crafty hardly jars as Christmas presents this year. The formula I toughened was from the wonderful Not Very much Nigella (a grub blog you poverty to tab out here if you haven't already). She also has remain alert by footstep photos which might remedy.
