There are so many things I darling about this programme...it's from a people cookbook (always a plus), the spices are four-square (ones I as a rule have in my flavouring drawer), it can be done is 2 pans (one to seethe the pasta, the other to cook everything else in) and it's so uncomplicated, my 12 year old can construct it with almost no assistant from Mom.
It's also a extensive downtrodden plan. Change out the bacon and asparagus for artichoke hearts and pancetta. Use leftover cubed ham and peas. Squash, broccoli, most recent tomatoes...whatever you've got too much of in the garden...thoroughly supple and relaxing to eat in enliven. Boxed pasta, brand-new pasta, whole wheat, gluten lavish - acclimate it to whatever you like better.
