This week I announce Victuals for a Close-fisted Planet by France Moore Lappe .  It had some compelling arguments for eating less essentials and more veggies in my subsistence.  And also had some worthy recipes.  Last non-stop I made Mushrooms Marinated in her Korean BBQ Sauce Plan, sauteed with some carrots and onions, and served over brown rice.  I unequivocally interesting this sauce...even if you wanted to marinate something a dollop fleshier than mushrooms, as it is entirely pleasurable.

Along with the pic of my dinner, I dividend the sauce MO with you.  Since I was only demanding it out, I toughened only half of the technique to marinade a unimportant amount of mushrooms.  Next pass I muddled some up, I would at least deceitful the pack, as the modus operandi says it keeps for weeks in the fridge.
